Requirements
One fully completed and signed application form. This form must:
- Be completed online athttpss://scedv.serpro.gov.br/frscedv/ Please select visa request from the bottom left hand side
The applicant's actual passport. The passport must:
- Have at least two blank visa pages
- Be valid for six months beyond entry date
One passport sized colour photograph. The photograph must:
- Have a white background
- Be taken within the last six months
Evidence of UK residency. This must be shown as:
- Valid UK Visa in actual Passport
or
- An original valid UK residency card plus a colour copy of both sides
This must be provided as a copy of the applicant's long birth certificate
An original letter of invitation from the company the applicant is visiting. This letter must:
- Be signed by a senior manager of the company
- Include the address, email and nature of business of the Brazilian company
- Include detailed information about the nature of the technical service to be rendered in Brazil
- Include the legal basis under which the service will be performed (signed contract or agreement)
- Include the name, address and person of contact of the contracted UK company
- Include full personal information and title of the applicant
- Include expected travel date and length of stay
A printed receipt of the CNPJ (Cadastro Nacional de Pessoas Juridicas) of the Brazilian company must accompany the letter. It may be obtained at : https://www.receita.fazenda.gov.br/pessoajuridica/cnpj/cnpjreva/cnpjreva_solicitacio.asp

A copy of a Yellow Fever Certificate must be provided if the applicant has recently travelled to or will be travelling to an infected country
Visas2 and our Brazilian immigration partner Atene can assist you in obtaining a Brazil Technical Assistance/Technology Transfer visa. The process involves two steps; the first is completed in the UK, the second after you have arrived in Brazil. Our integrated product guides you through the visa and immigration process to make this experience fast, easy and secure.
Step 1:
Complete the "Brazil Technical Assistance/Technology Transfer Invitation Questionnaire" which can be found in the Visas2 Application Pack in order to obtain your visa.
Step 2:
Upon arrival in Brazil you and all dependents are required by law to register with the Brazilian Federal Police within 30 days of arrival. Registration requires the preparation and sequential filing of numerous notarised forms to work and remain in Brazil. Atene, Visas2 Brazilian immigration partner, will make this arduous task easier by preparing the necessary documentation on your behalf and accompanying you to your interview with the Brazilian Federal Police.
To enrol in this service simply complete the "Brazil Immigration Registration Order Form" enclosed in this kit. You will receive all the information that you require for the registration process from Visas2 after we have secured your visa. A fee of $330 applies for this service.
Complete applications must be received at Visas2 before 5pm the day prior to lodging. Due to limited availability, next day submission cannot be guaranteed.
- Initial entry must be within 90 days of visa issuance
- Applicant must register with DPMAZ within 30 days of arrival

Our fees will be calculated on the service type you wish to confirm. Additionally, there will be embassy/consulate outlay fees which will be quoted and confirmed prior to final ordering. Note all embassy/consulate fees are at cost with no additional mark up. All fees are in pounds sterling GBP.

Please note, with regards to cheques, we can only return your passports/ documents onece your cheque payment has been cleared. Customer wishing faster visa processing are advised to pay by card.
