Requirements

  • Application Form

    One fully completed and signed application form. This form must:

    • State both airport localities where the airport of entry is different to the airport of exit
    • Handwritten forms must be completed in block capitals and black ink only
    • The application form must be printed on separate sheets of paper
    • All questions are mandatory

  • Passport

    The applicant's actual passport. The passport must:

    • Have at least two blank visa pages
    • Be valid for six months beyond the expiry date of the visa

  • Proof of Residence

    Evidence of UK residency. This must be shown as:

    • An original permit valid for one month beyond the expiry date of the visa in the applicant's current valid passport which must be supplied

  • Photos

    One passport sized colour photograph. The photograph must:

    • Have a white background
    • Be taken within the last six months

  • Business Letter

    A letter of introduction from the applicant's UK employer. A copy is acceptable. This letter must:

    • Be on company letterhead paper
    • Include the name of the applicant
    • Specify the purpose of journey
    • Include the name of the organisation(s) to be visited
    • Specify the requested number of entries and the length of visa required
    • Match the invitation with regards to dates of entry and exit
    • Include an acceptance of financial responsibility for the applicant
    • Be signed by the applicant's supervisor or the company's HR department

  • Proof of Approval

    Evidence of proof of approval. This must be provided as:

    • The original approval from the Chinese Aviation Authority

  • Proof of Employment

    A letter from the applicant's employer confirming employment. This letter must:

    • Include a copy of the applicant's aircrew ID

  • Letter of Invitation

    A letter of invitation from the company to be visited in China. A copy is acceptable. This invitation must:

    • Be on company letterhead paper
    • Include the full address of the inviting party
    • Include the applicant's full name as per passport and passport number
    • State the purpose of journey
    • Specify the requested number of entries and the length of visa required
    • Match the UK company letter with regards to dates of entry and exit
    • Be signed by the applicant's host
    • List all of the members of the Air Crew

  • Applicants born in Hong Kong (SAR) or china

    First time China Visa applicants born in Hong Kong or China or those who have previously held Chinese nationality need to supply their former Chinese Passport and/or Identity Card plus one copy. Applicants applying for a China Visa for the second or subsequent time must supply their current or former passport with Chinese Visa

    Applicants who have never held a Hong Kong ID card must supply a cover letter stating this and explaining the reason why. A copy is acceptable.

    The applicants name as stated on the Chinese Passport and/or Hong Kong ID card must be identical to the name on their current passport.

    Our fees will be calculated on the service type you wish to confirm. Additionally, there will be embassy/consulate outlay fees which will be quoted and confirmed prior to final ordering. Note all embassy/consulate fees are at cost with no additional mark up. All fees are in pounds sterling GBP.

    Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards except American Express & Diners Club cards, there will be a 3.5% card transaction fee applicable on the total final amount. Our order form has further details in payment section for card types accepted. We also accept cheques, which should be make payable to 'Visas2'. Please note, with regards to cheques, we can only return your passports/ documents onece your cheque payment has been cleared. Customer wishing faster visa processing are advised to pay by card.
