Requirements
One fully completed and signed application form. This form must:
- Be completed online at httpss://scedv.serpro.gov.br/frscedv/ Please select visa request from the bottom left hand side
The applicant's actual passport. The passport must:
- Have at least two blank visa pages
- Be valid for six months beyond entry date
Evidence of UK residency. This must be shown as:
- Valid UK Visa in actual Passport
or
- An original valid UK residency card plus a colour copy of both sides
One passport sized colour photograph. The photograph must:
- Have a white background
- Be taken within the last six months
An original letter of introduction from the applicant's UK employer. This letter must:
- Be addressed to the Embassy
- Be on company letterhead paper
- Include the name of the applicant
- Specify the purpose of journey
- Include the name of the organisation(s) to be visited
- Specify the requested number of entries and the length of visa required
- Include an acceptance of financial responsibility for the applicant
- Be signed by the applicant's supervisor or the company's HR department
A letter of invitation from the country of destination. A copy is acceptable. This invitation must:
- Be in Portugese stating the nature of the emergency
- State the name of the applicant
- State the employers name
- Specify any technical skills the applicant holds relevant to the job
A copy must be provided if the applicant has recently travelled to or will be travelling to an infected country
This visa is issued in cases where an unexpected situation has arisen which puts human lives or the environment at immediate risk or which interrupts production
Complete applications must be received at Visas2 before 5pm the day prior to lodging. Due to limited availability, next day submission cannot be guaranteed.
- Applicant must register with DPMAZ within 30 days of arrival

Our fees will be calculated on the service type you wish to confirm. Additionally, there will be embassy/consulate outlay fees which will be quoted and confirmed prior to final ordering. Note all embassy/consulate fees are at cost with no additional mark up. All fees are in pounds sterling GBP.

Please note, with regards to cheques, we can only return your passports/ documents onece your cheque payment has been cleared. Customer wishing faster visa processing are advised to pay by card.
