Requirements
One fully completed and signed application form. This form must:
- Bear valid credit/debit card details
The applicant's actual passport. The passport must:
- Have at least two blank visa pages
- Be valid for six months beyond entry date
Evidence of UK residency. This must be shown as:
- Valid UK Visa in actual Passport
or
- An original valid UK residency card plus a colour copy of both sides
One passport sized colour photograph. The photograph must:
- Have a white background
- Be taken within the last six months
Evidence of UK address. This must be shown as:
- A copy of the applicant's mortgage or tenancy agreement
An original letter of employment from the applicant's UK employer. Students must submit a letter with similar content from their college/university. This letter must:
- Be on company letterhead paper
- Include the name of the applicant
- Include the start date and position held in the company
- Confirm that the applicant is an employee of the company
- Specify the purpose of journey
- State the applicant's expected date of leave and return to work date
- Include the company registration number
- Be signed by the applicant's supervisor or the company's HR department
- Be written within one month of visa application submission
Evidence of available funds. This must be provided as:
- A copy of a recent bank statement showing a minimum credit balance of £1,000
Details of travel arrangements. These must be provided as:
- A copy of the flight confirmation
Copy of actual travel insurance policy certificate [email not accepted]. The certificate must state:
- Full name of the applicant
- That the policy is valid for the duration of the entire trip
Applicants visiting friends/family must submit supporting documentation. This must:
- Include a copy of the information page(s) of the host's passport including their work/residence visa or a copy of their residence/I.D. card
Letter of invitation from the applicant's host. A copy is acceptable. This letter must:
- Include the full address and contact details of the host
- Specify the purpose and duration of stay
- Include an acceptance of financial responsibility for the applicant
- Be signed by the applicant's host
Applicants requiring a multiple entry visa must submit the following additional document(s):
- A copy of a recent bank statement showing a minimum credit balance of £3,000
One fully completed and signed supplementary form
If the applicant is aged 75 and over, an additional health risk assessment will be required. The list of panel doctors accepted by the Embassy can be found within the Visas2 Application Pack

Fees/Payment
Our fees will be calculated on the service type you wish to confirm. Additionally, there will be embassy/consulate outlay fees which will be quoted and confirmed prior to final ordering. Note all embassy/consulate fees are at cost with no additional mark up. All fees are in pounds sterling GBP.

Please note, with regards to cheques, we can only return your passports/ documents onece your cheque payment has been cleared. Customer wishing faster visa processing are advised to pay by card.
