Requirements
One original fully completed and signed application form. This form must:

Be completed online at: httpss://www.visa.gov.bd/
- Be printed on separate pages, forms that are copied back to back are not accepted
- Be signed in the original
- Have no handwritten corrections/modifications
- Bear a signature that matches the applicant's passport
- Be submitted to the Embassy within 7 (seven) calendar days of completion
An original letter of introduction from the applicant's UK employer. This letter must:
- Be addressed to the Embassy
- Be on company letterhead paper
- Include the name of the applicant
- Specify the purpose of journey
- Include the name of the organisation(s) to be visited
- Specify the requested number of entries and the length of visa required
- Include an acceptance of financial responsibility for the applicant
- Be signed by the applicant's supervisor or the company's HR department
- State the applicant is undertaking buying/purchasing activities
Two passport sized colour photographs. The photographs must:
- Have a white background
- Be taken within the last six months
- Be paperclipped to the visa application form
The applicant's actual passport. The passport must:
- Have at least three blank visa pages with two of the pages facing each other
- Be valid for six months beyond entry date
Please complete one application form and signed accordingly.
The occupation question must be stated on the application form. (Those with media based occupations are requested to make applications in person at the Consulate).
A letter of invitation from the company the applicant is visiting. A copy is acceptable. This letter must:
- Be on company letterhead paper
- Include the name of the applicant
- State the purpose of journey
- Specify the requested number of entries and the length of visa required
- State the applicant is undertaking buying/purchasing activities
A clear colour photocopy of the information page(s) from the applicant's passport
One fully completed and signed checklist form

Our fees will be calculated on the service type you wish to confirm. Additionally, there will be embassy/consulate outlay fees which will be quoted and confirmed prior to final ordering. Note all embassy/consulate fees are at cost with no additional mark up. All fees are in pounds sterling GBP.

Please note, with regards to cheques, we can only return your passports/ documents onece your cheque payment has been cleared. Customer wishing faster visa processing are advised to pay by card.
