Requirements
One fully completed visa application form.
Download Documents- A scan copy valid UK passport info page with at least 30 days’ validity from the date of arrival and at least two blank visa page
- One recent passport‑size colour photograph (35 × 45 mm) on a white background, taken within the last six months and on jpeg high resolution.
A scan copy business letter from the applicant’s UK company
This letter must :
- be on letterhead
- include the applicant’s name and passport number
- describe the purpose of the trip and expected outcome
- confirm financial support
- issued within the last 3 months
A scan copy of invitation letter from the company being visited in Equatorial Guinea
The letter must :
- be company letterhead
- include the applicant’s full name and passport number
- specify the purpose of the visit and dates of travel
- state the financial responsibility and support for the applicant
- must be issued within the last three months
A scan copy of:
- return flights
- hotel booking
Scan copy of travel insurance
- Copies of any visas issued in the past three months (if applicable)
- A scan copy of bank statement covering the last 3 months showing sufficient funds and stamped by the bank.
Scan copy of Yellow fever vaccination certificate
Each child must hold their own valid passport and an individual visa, regardless of age.
• if a minor under 16 is traveling without a parent or legal guardian, a notarised letter of consent from the parent(s) or guardian is required
• the consent letter should specify the purpose of travel, full travel dates, and the name and contact details of the designated guardian or accompanying adult
• a copy of the consenting parent’s passport or UK identity document must also be provided
• a copy of the child’s birth certificate or legal custody papers must be included to confirm parentage or guardianship.
Visa Information
Visa is valid for 90 days multiple entry.
- Passport: A valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the travel date of entry into Equatorial Guinea
- Return flight ticket copies.
- Vaccine Certificates or PCR test results if applicable.
- Yellow Fever Certificate
Travel Insurance Please note: The Immigration officer might request for other additional information/documents. Please keep them readily available with you.
Fees/Payment
Our fees will be calculated on the service type you wish to confirm. Additionally, there will be embassy/consulate outlay fees which will be quoted and confirmed prior to final ordering. Note all embassy/consulate fees are at cost with no additional mark up. All fees are in pounds sterling GBP.

Our order form has further details in payment section for card types accepted. We also accept cheques, which should be make payable to 'Visas2'. Please note, with regards to cheques, we can only return your passports/ documents onece your cheque payment has been cleared. Customer wishing faster visa processing are advised to pay by card.
