Requirements
- A fully completed and signed visa application form
- A valid UK passport with at least 6 months’ validity from the intended date of arrival in Gabon and at least one blank page.
• Two recent passport-sized colour photographs (45mm x 35mm) taken against a white background.
• A copy of confirmed return flight ticket to and from Gabon
• proof of accommodation in Gabon:
hotel booking confirmation (booked and paid), or
– a copy of the travel itinerary from a tour operator (if applicable)
Proof of financial means:
- latest two months’ UK bank statements showing sufficient funds
- employed: letter from employer confirming position, salary, and employment dates
- self-employed: two recent payslips and UK company registration certificate
- student: official enrolment letter from college or university
- retired: pension certificate or benefits letter.
• Proof of UK address dated within the last 3 months – e.g. utility bill, council tax letter, or bank statement
- A colour copy of a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate
• For non-British nationals residing in the UK: proof of UK immigration status (e.g. BRP, visa, Settled Status)
The High Commission may request further documentation at their discretion, even if all listed requirements have been submitted.
Visa Information
UK citizens planning to visit Gabon for tourism purposes and make multiple entries within a 3-month period must apply for a Tourist Multiple Entry Visa before departure. This visa allows travellers to enter and exit Gabon multiple times within the validity period, with each stay generally limited to 30 days.
Fees/Payment
Our fees will be calculated on the service type you wish to confirm. Additionally, there will be embassy/consulate outlay fees which will be quoted and confirmed prior to final ordering. Note all embassy/consulate fees are at cost with no additional mark up. All fees are in pounds sterling GBP.

Please note, with regards to cheques, we can only return your passports/ documents onece your cheque payment has been cleared. Customer wishing faster visa processing are advised to pay by card.
