Download DocumentsScan copy of applicant’s passport information page valid for at least 6 months.
Scan passport style photo in JPEG.
A scan copy of letter of employment from the applicant’s UK employer. Students must submit a letter with similar content from their school/college/university. This letter must:
- Be addressed to the High Commission
- Be on company letterhead paper
- Include the name of the applicant
- Include the start date and position held in the company
- Confirm that the applicant is an employee of the company
- Specify the purpose of journey
- State the applicant’s expected date of leave and return to work date
- Be signed by the applicant’s supervisor/tutor
Lat 3 months bank statement with at least a minimum £500 credit balance.
Copy of return flights itinerary.
Copy of hotel booking.
For those who do not intended to stay in a hotel, a scan copy of a letter of invitation from the applicant’s host. This letter must:
- Include the full address and contact details of the host
- Specify the purpose and duration of stay
- Include an acceptance of financial responsibility for the applicant
- Be signed by the applicant’s host
- Be supplied by a Nigerian passport holder
If the inviting party is not a Nigerian passport holder, then the invitation must be from the host’s employer stating they are employed with said company and will be inviting the applicant over with the exact dates of stay quoted.
Scan copy of proof of immigration status of the host. This must:
- Include a copy of the information page(s) of the host’s passport including their residency stamp [if applicable].
Visa Information
Visa valid for three months.
Fees/Payment
Our fees will be calculated on the service type you wish to confirm. Additionally, there will be embassy/consulate outlay fees which will be quoted and confirmed prior to final ordering. Note all embassy/consulate fees are at cost with no additional mark up. All fees are in pounds sterling GBP.

Please note, with regards to cheques, we can only return your passports/ documents onece your cheque payment has been cleared. Customer wishing faster visa processing are advised to pay by card.
